Workshops

I am the host of an intimacy workshop series in partnership with LaSource, a curated lingerie boutique based locally in Darien, Connecticut. My first workshop took place the day after my last birthday— never would I have imagined in my 37 years of life that I would get an opportunity to talk about and share my own experience with intimacy AND that the community of women around me would be so open and vulnerable to engage in conversation. Sex and intimacy is a universal topic— pertinent to all!

Since my first workshop, I've thought a lot about what it is that makes intimacy feel just so vulnerable and why that makes some of us feel so exposed. When we feel those feelings, how do we push forward to have those conversations and do it anyway? Making intimacy conversations the norm is just a start— thank you to all who've felt vulnerable with me and showed up anyway.
